Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the clubph platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Before reading the full terms, these six points summarise the most important obligations and protections that apply to every clubph account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with clubph. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators.
2.2 Registration is restricted to individuals who are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
2.3 During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
2.4 clubph reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Acceptable identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS or GSIS ID, and Voter's ID. Account functionality may be restricted until KYC is completed.
2.5 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) clubph account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any funds in secondary accounts may be forfeited subject to investigation.
2.6 clubph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. clubph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS.
3.2 You must notify clubph's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. clubph accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials.
3.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your clubph account are from legitimate sources and that your use of the platform does not constitute a breach of any applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
3.4 clubph is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
4.1 All transactions on clubph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier as specified in the VIP programme terms.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. clubph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. clubph may require additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
4.4 Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. Delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions are outside clubph's control.
4.5 clubph does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Member.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers provided by clubph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific bonus terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Bonus funds do not count toward jackpot qualifying bets unless explicitly stated.
5.3 clubph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already received a bonus, wagering requirements already incurred remain in effect.
5.4 Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated wagering to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in account closure.
5.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
6.1 All games available on clubph are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently certified. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and cannot be influenced by clubph or its staff.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, clubph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. No claims for winnings based on malfunctioning game states will be honoured.
6.3 Sports betting outcomes are settled according to the official results of the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC, PAGCOR-sanctioned sabong events). Disputes regarding results must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.
6.4 clubph reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void bets at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, advantage play, or systematic exploitation of odds errors.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clubph platform:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 clubph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every Member's account settings.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications from clubph. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
8.3 Members who identify as having a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility. clubph operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
8.4 The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced. If clubph discovers at any time that a Member is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any net winnings forfeited. Deposited funds will be returned to the source.
9.1 All content on the clubph platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and user interface elements — is the property of clubph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any clubph content without prior written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, clubph's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the PHP balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
10.2 clubph is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures of third-party payment providers, internet connectivity issues on the Member's side, force majeure events, or actions taken in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
10.3 Gambling involves financial risk. clubph does not guarantee winnings. Members participate in all gaming activities entirely at their own risk.
11.1 clubph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. The full details of how we handle your data are set out in the clubph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 clubph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at clubph.asia/terms-conditions. Members are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of clubph shall first be referred to clubph's customer support for resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
13.3 The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
